222 Lake Mezzanine Debt Financing

Polaris Investments has recently underwritten a bridge financing facility for this project in the heart of Yonkers. The developer, a long-term relationship of Polaris Investments, used the proceeds to acquire this warehouse which will be repositioned into a mix-use of retail, co-working and office space. Polaris Investments was pleased to fill the financing gap while the asset is being re-developed and stabilized. The holding period for this investment is expected to be a year.

Investment succesfully exited in May 2020.
