Charlotte Mezzanine Debt Financing

Polaris Investments has partnered up with this experienced developer and owner operator and has structured a mezzanine loan financing for an adaptive reuse of a property located in Charlotte, NC. The property consists of 5 buildings and approximately 42,000 GSF. The GP-Sponsor will rezone the property to mixed-use, which will take approximately 6 months. The mezzanine loan financing serves for the pre-development phase over the next 12 months and includes an option for Polaris Investments and its co-investors to become equity holder in the development phase later on.

Investment successfully exited in June 2018.
