Polaris Investments was able to offer a bridge financing deal with a purchase option on a unit of this HFZ Capital development in Midtown Manhattan. Thanks to its special relationship with the prominent Manhattan-based developer, Polaris Investments structured a short-term loan for bridge financing purpose yielding double digit return to investors with upside upon the sale of the underlying unit.
Investment successfully exited in 2017.
