Polaris Investments helped finance the acquistion of a real estate portfolio composed of 4 multi-family buildings in the Yonkers, NYC. The investment opportunity was made possible thanks to Polaris Investments exclusive partnership on-the-ground. The short-term financing solution brought by Polaris Investments allowed the developer to acquire the real estate asset, stabilise it, improve its yield and create overall value-add through repositioning. Polaris Investments fully exited the position in just over a year delivering low double-digit returns to the investors.
