Yonkers Multi-Family Equity Investment
Polaris Investments acquired this 6-unit multi-family building located on Nepperhan, Yonkers, NYC. The acquisition came to Polaris Investments as a broken deal which permitted to negotiate quickly and efficiently the terms of purchase. Polaris Investments was once again firmly involved in the deal economics as it bought the property cash before offering a portion of the equity to co-investors. Polaris Investments decided to exit the deal after a 9-month holding period as the disposition price was in line with performance requirements, allowing to generate double digit returns to co-investors.
Investment successfully exited in 2017.
