Polaris Investments has recently participated in an equity deal in order to co-own a multi-family compound in Newnan in the surroundings of Atlanta, GA. The investment opportunity was made possible thanks to Polaris Investments exclusive partnership on-the-ground. The portfolio offers deep value and the strategy is to reposition the asset from C-grade to B-grade in order to generate extra alpha. The holding period for this investment is expected to be 5 years and structuring and financing of the acquisition has been designed accordingly.
Investment successfully exited in February 2021.
