The investment opportunity was made possible thanks to Polaris Investments exclusive partnership on-the-ground. The real estate asset is composed of 4 spaces which require minor renovation works. Polaris Investments sees good value in the property as the asset already generates some income and will be fully stabilized in a short period of time. Polaris Investments’ strategy is to add more such assets in a Charlotte-centric portfolio as demographic and economic growth in the area shows no sign of slowdown in the near future.
Investment successfully exited in August 2021.
