The investment opportunity was made possible thanks to Polaris Investments exclusive partnership on-the-ground. The real estate property is a 2-unit house in a quiet residential area. Polaris Investments came in the deal to provide support to its developer-partner in performing a "buy and flip" transaction. The holding period for this investment is expected to be short-lived as the strategy is to exit after stabilisation within 6 months.
